What new is there in PE5-64/32(WADK) Rescue Compon

Thanks a lot,
I now have a windows 7 64bit installed on HP machine with a fairly new harware.
Thus, I am using Windows PE4 and all hardware are supported in PE4 I use. But you think if I want to install windows 8.1, then all of my hardwar supported in PE4 will not be supported with windows 8.1, which will force me to use this PE5

Could you kindly confirm for me if 'it is required for Generation 2 HyperV vms.' means that Reflect -Windows PE 5.0.ISO file can be used to load Generation 2 HyperV vms which are only supported in Windows 8.1
