Backup speed increased by 30%

In the change log for the latest update, 5.2.6504, it says something to the effect that Backup speed increased by 30%.


I was wondering, does "Backup" refer only to files backups or does "Backup" refer to any kind of backup, image backups and file backups?


I wasn't entirely sure under what topic this should be posted so I chose File backups thinking that "Backup" refers to files backups. But, I could be wrong. :) Thanks!
