The odd thing is that the Win7 efi boot files are not signed either. Therefore, your windows install must be shipped with non-standard boot files.
You have two options.
1) As SeekForever notes, you can disable the Secure boot feature in your motherboard firmware
2) Or you can use PE4/5; this is based on the win8/8.1 kernel which does support Secure boot.
