Job Shortcuts do not trigger email

The email is sent before the power commands are sent.

Can you respond to your open support case with the following:

The logs from the failed backup(s) initiated from the shortcut and the successful backup run interactively?

Can you also confirm that if you disable the shutdown option that emails are correctly sent?
