Rescue Media Wizard fail

I have reviewed previous posts regarding this issue and have seen various suggestions but have been unable to resolve it.

Vista OS, Reflect V5.2 Build 6515, NTFS.

Prepare Windows PE Image window
PE Architecture 32 Bit
Default Base WIM

Error message:

An error occurred mounting the Windows Image File

What steps will resolve this issue and allow creation of the rescue media?
