Setup: HP Laptop Win7 x64. All software and firmware up to date.
External Hard Drives:
(a) WD MyBookLive connected to Wireless router for Network storage.
(b) WD MyBook Essentials connected via USB 3 to laptop.
Configuration: Both drives password protected. USB drive has a "CD" partition on the drive so it will mount and allows password protection. In other words, "G:<CD>" and "H:<USBdrive>. Both show up in Win Explorer. Auto mounts on the laptop so password not needed. Drive on the router requires mounting in Win7 then shows up in Win Explorer.
[?] Problem: When trying to make either hard drive the backup location, Reflect5 Pro doesn't "see" the router drive or USB drive. It does "see" the <CD> drive on the USB drive.
How do I make the external hard drives viewable in Reflect?
Thanks
