Full downloader sent PE 3 files instead of 5

I checked my past versions where I selected the installer and PE files together, I got pe5x64.zip for the following versions: 5.2.6462, 5.2.6463, 5.2.6465, 5.2.6474, and 5.2.6504. For versions 5.2.6515 and 5.2.6526, I got pe3x64.zip when selecting the installer and PE files.
