Clone failed-Write failed-2-Broken Pipe

I did a search and found several threads about failed clones with read errors, but none with write errors. Anyway, I am trying to make a clone of my PCs SSD to a new larger SSD in an external USB enclosure. The PCs SSD has several partitions that are used for recovery, etc. and a C: and D: partition. The clone completes the first four partitions but fails on the fifth partition which is the C: partition.

I have used the "new" SSD to clone another PCs SSD with no problems.

Any ideas on how to overcome this problem?
