Selected Writer Failed: SqlServerWriter

I've got a new client who has a 2003 Std server that runs a MSSQL database on the server for Symantec Endpoint Protection among other things and trying to do a full disk image, I get this error:

Error: Selected writer 'SqlServerWriter' is in a failed state!
