Hi, it appears that the shadow copy is being successfully created but then deleted by other third party software, this can typically be attributed to anti virus or malware software. Please temporarily disable these forms of software to check if they impact the process.

Also, please ensure that you enough disk space on the volumes being imaged. Typically 10% of the volume size should be available for shadow copies, especially true for large volumes.
