File and Folder
Files encrypted using EFS that are backed up by the same user that encrypted the file will be included in File and Folder backups in an un-encrypted state.
If a different user attempts to backup encrypted file(s) then the file(s) will be denied access and skipped.
Disk Images
Disk images will replicate the entire file system including the EFS encryption meta data. Encrypted files in the imaged file system can only be accessed by user account that encrypted the file(s). This is the same as the original file system.
