I actually used a new 2 terrabyte drive formatted in ntfs for this backup in January. I didn't get any messages that it was not good, but did get a completed message. when we did the backup, it just quit. So we restarted from scratch, we thought.
My computer will not boot; however, I do have access to dos and can copy the important directories off to another file thru either dos or Macrium.
Isn't there a file boot repair facility in the prof edition that I have, and how does that work?
