This is what worked for me.
I had to
(1) set the Boot Mode = [Legacy Support] in BIOS
(2) switch from Win PE 5.0 to Win PE 4.0. To do this, I selected the "Advanced" option when creating the USB bootable media (16GB stick).
(3)Then to boot the Win PE media, I had to power down, and wait for the power LED in the power button to go off. And then power on with the Nova button (that tiny little round button next to the power button). This puts you into a menu.
(4) On that menu, select “Boot Menu”, and this will bring up a selection of devices to boot from. My USB stick showed up there.
(5)So I selected that and pressed “Enter”. This brought up Macrium Reflect and I could now restore...but didn't for now.
Note: when you finally get to the Macrium Reflect screen via Win PE, the text is super small due to the high resolution graphics of the Yoga 2 Pro.
I hope this helps someone...it took me hours to figure out.
