Thanks for posting. Very sorry you are experiencing problems with the context menu handle in v5.3 of Macrium Reflect.

To disable the handler please open an elevated command prompt:

http://kb.macrium.com/KnowledgebaseArticle50132.aspx

and type:

regsvr32 "c:\Program Files\Macrium\Reflect\RContextMenu.dll"  /u

finally reboot your PC.

An update will be issued shortly to resolve this problem.
