Should I create a new rescue disk?

Your 5.2 rescue disc should be fine (obviously it is a good idea to confirm this yourself). If you wish to create a 5.3 disc there should be no issues with this.

We generally recommend that you check the release notes with each new update for any significant changes to Macrium Reflect Rescue Media functionality.
