Hi

Thanks for getting back.

FAT32 has an individual file size limit of 4GB, however, our implementation of FAT32 has a limit of 4TB per individual file and also includes NTFS permissions. The FAT32 drivers in Windows do not know about our implementation and therefore will show split files in Windows Explorer, as you have seen.

This is not a bug as such but a design decision. The File and Folder restore wizard can be used to recover files accurately.

On our development backlog we do have a case for transitioning the File and Folder backup virtual file layout to 'Universal Disk Format' (UDF). This will overcome the mounting limitation, however, this is a big task and I'm afraid I can't offer a release date on this just yet.

Hope this clarifies
