Wizard allows image of image....

It isn't possible to select a destination for a disk image that is included in the image itself. However, as you have indicated that you were backing up "C:*.* & E:*.*" this indicates that you may be actually running a File and Folder backup not an image. File backups have wild-cards (*.*) images don't. File and Folder backups can be made to a destination included in the backup but the backup itself will not be include. i.e, it won't recurse.

Can you please check your logs to see if this is correct?
