Sorry to hear you're having problems.
As you've hopefully read, in the post originally linked by Gork (http://support.macrium.com/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=10824), there have been a number of issues caused by AV software since the latest update.
1. Yes this is a false positive and has been reported by other users. The file is signed and verified at creation using the methods outlined here: http://kb.macrium.com/KnowledgebaseArticle50213.aspx.
2. This file is required for building Rescue Media and it is important you do not allow it to be quarantined by AV software so that you can successfully create Rescue Media.
If there is an option to report this to your AV vendor as a false positive then it is highly recommended that you do so to try and help prevent this issue for yourself and other users in the future.
