5.3.7134 update installs a Windows Update?

I have MS Office 2013 Pro & updates for that are independent of the normal Windows updates. Office updates automatically in the background, if you have it to update automatically. You don't know it's happening as it doesn't show up in the usual Windows update section.
The only way of seeing if Office is up to date is to open an Office program, such as Excel & check via File, Account & then you can check it.
I know this has nothing to do with Reflect, but thought I would respond to your reply.
