Download agent doesn't use the system proxy

Thanks for posting and welcome to the forums.

There is currently an issue with the download manager when used behind a proxy. Ranged requested downloads will have the HTTP response headers rewritten by the proxy which causes an issue for the download manager.

We are aware of this issue, are working on a fix and we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

In the interim please try downloading the WinPE component ZIP files on a computer not behind the proxy. These ZIP component files can then be stored on a central location for use in the WinPE rescue media creation process. Click the Browse button when prompted to either Download or Browse and then select the previously downloaded ZIP file.
