As far as the license key goes, all you need to do is remove the license from your Desktop before applying it to the Win10 Tech Preview machine. Then remove the license from the Win10 Tech Preview machine before applying it to the Desktop.
To remove a license: Help -> remove license... It will give you an option to either uninstall Reflect or not when you remove the license.
