Migrate from HDD to SSD

Thanks for your timely response. You hit the nail on the head. After looking further, my motherboard does not support UEFI (which was a surprise. I thought it did). Therefore, I was trying in vain to configure GPT with AHCI. I believe that MBR with AHCI will be the best that I can get on this machine.
