Can provide license numbers when appropriate (but not in a forum). I help support others around me (on a personal free and voluntary basis) as they have 'trouble' or need help with their machines. In the past, I've had several PCS. When I have to rebuild machine(s) (am doing 4 concurrently now), I normally get so far, then want to install Reflect, do a full backup onto a temp storage, then continue on. I normally use the downloader to get the latest. During install, it asks for reg character string, with I supply from the email I've dcvd from you. Now it's not allowing me to register (I thought this a proper thing to do). I also see here at I should have used Reflect to 'deregister'. But those machines are gone (with Reflect uninstalled). So now what do I do?
