(making sure you get the x64 version if your OS is x64)
2) Run it and locate the entries starting with "Reflect".
3) Right click on entry "ReflectContextMenu.ContextMenuExtension" and select "Disable Selected Items". (see pic below)
4) This should stop the Explorer crashes.
