Reflect version 5 has installers for both bit versions but you have to have the one you want installed.

Yes, I have a paid 64-bit of Macrium refelct. Also, I have made a rescue media based on 64Bit.
But, I can make another rescue media based on 32Bit from the same version of 64Bit of Macrium if I uninstalled it as you said 'f you have a paid 64 and don't want to uninstall it then get a free Reflect 32 bit version and make it.'
On the other hand, if I have a paid 64-bit of Macrium refelct. Then, I can make a 32 or 64 bit rescue media based on the installed program as you said 'Reflect assumes that you want to make a 32 or 64 bit rescue media based on the installed program bits - there is no option to change it.'?
If not, then I need to purchase another paid 32-bit of Macrium refelct.

This screen sthot below shows you that I have 64-bit Macrium Reflect installed on 64-Bit Windows 7. However, when trying to make rescue media, I have two options 32bit or 64bit.

Also, Once I click on 'continue' button in that screen shot above, I think that I will need to download PE4-32(WADK) Rescue Components since I have PE4-64(WADK) Rescue Components.

I can proceed with either. So, I can have two media rescue, one is 32Bit, and the other is 64Bit. Yes, I know that I cannot use '32Bit' Rescue Media on Windows 7 64Bit since drivers will not be compatible in WinPE. However, I need to use 32Bit in case I have P3, and I want to boot to WinPE using 32bit-Rescue Media.
