The file is a dump file created when Reflect encounters a run error. It should be less than 1MB in size. Are you sure that it isn't 275KB?

Can you please open a support ticket so we can investigate further. If the file is less than 1MB then also attach it otherwise a screen shot of the file in Windows Explorer would be very helpful:
