ERROR CODE 5 ACCESS DENIED

As we mentioned in our previous support email, please can you try performing a clean boot of your system? The steps to do this are outlined in the following knowledgebase article: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135

An access denied error message is indicative that a third party process blocking Reflect's access to disk. Selectively re-enabling third party processes using the clean boot process will allow you to identify which third party program is conflicting with Macrium Reflect.
