MNJharris, Thanks for sending us your diagnostic info.

The clue is in your system info file. Invoke msinfo32 and expand Components->Storage->Disks. For your 2nd disk (D:), the Partition starting offset is 0. This indicates that you have no MBR on that disk. This is rarely seen on usb sticks but is the first time we've seen this on a disk.

This configuration is invalid for a disk, you can't create it with any Microsoft tools, and Disk Management Console will hang if you attempt to manipulate it. It is also not supported by Reflect.

If you wish to reconfigure your disk with a valid configuration, as it isn't a boot disk, you can take a file and folder backup, run diskpart, selecting the disk and invoking the "clean" operation. Then initialise, partition and format using diskpart or Disk Management studio. Then restore your files.

Kind Regards
John - Macrium Support
