Hi
All license keys for Macrium Reflect are for use on either 32 or 64 bit computers. If you download and install a license key as per tutorial http://kb.macrium.com/KnowledgebaseArticle50185.aspx you can download and install the correct architecture (32 or 64 bit) for your computer.
The problem you have is that each license key is for one computer so as your old laptop died you were presumably not able to remove the license key as per tutorial: http://kb.macrium.com/KnowledgebaseArticle50111.aspx so the license key can be reinstalled. You are permitted to remove a license key from an old computer when you upgrade or replace your computer. As you were unable to remove your license key, you will need to contact support(@)macrium.com quoting your license key and explain your problem and ask for the license key to be reset.
Hope this helps
