Dump Files Appearing

I perform twice weekly image backups, give or take.
Recently I started getting a dump file in my root directory:

e.g. reflectv5.1-5870-x64-15.dmp

However, there are no error messages and the logs report success.
My email actions send me the Good email, and not the Bad one I have set up.

It's abnormal, so I have to know what it is.

I would attach it, but I don't see an option for that.

Visual Studio gives me info, which I append to the end.
