I'll second vampyren's enthusiasm for this product. I was also an Acronis customer for probably 3 years before I decided that I wasn't going to put up with their subscription model of licensing any more. The only thing that changed from one year to the next was the look of the UI and they consistently shifted features over to the more expensive plus-pack offering which made the original product seem ridiculously basic in features.
I found out about Reflect from watching Tekzilla on Revision3 and after doing an evaluation about a year ago, I gladly switched over. I have all of the features I used to have in the old product - including the ability to restore to dis-similar hardware. If that wasn't enough, the software also supports my Areca raid controller, so that saved me a lot of work trying to get things going.
