Thanks for your post.
The .cdat file format is from v4.x of Macrium Reflect.
To copy this data to a .csv file, select the 'Files Backed Up' node in the Reflect Log view, right click in the list of files and select 'Copy File List'. If you paste into Notepad you'll get a CSV list.
