Changing the order of disks in an image backup

I know this is REALLY OCD but ...

Is it possible to edit the XML generated by Macrium Reflect so as to change the order in which partitions are backed up in an image backup? For example, my full image backup processes D: then System Reserved then C: then F: and then E. This matches the numbering that Windows has assigned to the disks. I'd prefer the backup to proceed in the order System Reserved then C: then D: then E: then F:. How boring is that? Looking at the XML it seems I could just change the image numbers and re-order the relevant blocks but I'm wondering (a) would this work and (b) are there likely to be any adverse consequences.

Any insights appreciated ...
