Macrium Reflect uses a Windows Service to run missed backups when Windows is re-started. You can check if the service is running by checking the Windows Services list. Press 'Windows Key + R' (or Click Start > Run), type in 'services.msc' and press Enter.
The Macrium service will have a name 'Macrium Reflect Image Mounting Service'. This service also includes functionality for running missed tasks.
