I was able to get everything working and migrated over.
Just to recap, I had disable secure boot and also had to change from UEFI boot to legacy boot in order for the rescue disk to run.
Once I got the rescue CD running, I had to put the Sata driver for the new machine on a thumb drive in order for Macrium deploy to make the old image work with the new machine.
After that, Windows 7 was able to boot and I manually installed all the drivers for the new machine.
