More info on my post of 5/10/2013

I searched for the term "2 boot menu" and found a post from Sheila at "Reflect v4\Rescue CD\Boot Menu Option Serious Problem" dated Jan 11, 2010.

That post describes the problem I am having and perhaps describes the problem more clearly.
Unfortunately the Moderator "Nick" asked Sheila to send him a file called "bcdlog.txt" and the thread ends there.

Is anyone familiar with the resolution of that post by Sheila?
I suspect that resolution is the one I am looking for.
