Please use the following settings:

SMTP Server: smtp.live.com
Connection Type: STARTTLS
SMTP Port: 587 (also try port 25)

Please also ensure that you running v5.2.6444 or later of Macrium Reflect. You can check this by taking the 'Help' > 'About' menu option and you can update by taking 'Other Tasks' > 'Check for Updates'.
