For that reason, I'd suggest creating a "rescue disc" using the latest version (v5) of Microsoft's WinPE package which contains more "built-in" hardware driver support (new NICs, USB3, etc.) than earlier versions. Version 5 will work just fine with Reflect's WinPE builder running under Windows 7 on your laptop.

P.S.: If your new desktop set-up has some exotic RAID implementation or suchlike requiring special drivers it's still not impossible to handle that situation, but it does get just a little bit more complicated.
