Product Licensing -Licence Key Has Not Changed

Please uninstall Macrium Reflect using the Windows control panel. Then download the latest installer for your purchased edition by entering your product key in the download manager as described here:

http://kb.macrium.com/KnowledgebaseArticle50185.aspx

Make sure that your correct key is entered in the installation Wizard.

In future, rather than rely on a third party program, you can check for updates by taking the 'Other Tasks' > 'Check for updates' menu option. This can also be configured to check automatically in the program defaults.
