Macrium might possibly be able to help if you submit a support ticket directly with your complete system information, but I think I'd be inclined to pursue the primary issue via Microsoft support resources. Their "Fix-It" solution center (http://support.microsoft.com/fixit/) might be worth a try as a first step.
